Today was a really good day. I had such a good therapeutic run this morning. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to say that. Really set the time for the rest of my day2 -

Employee Fest for my company was at Carowinds Theme Park today. I didn't go last year because I couldn't walk that far. Today, a year later, I made an extra loop at the end to make sure I got my 10k steps. I ate a little extra but skipped dessert. I was so happy to be able to walk around today and enjoy myself. I even rode some rides (I'm a scaredy cat).
