I had a dentist appointment yesterday for a cleaning and the hygienist found an abscess. I leave for Ireland in two days so they said I could wait until I got back but now that is all I am thinking about in case I have problems in Ireland. Yikes!1 -

Started another regimen this past few days and it see.s to be working my appetite gas shrunken hope it keeps up. But I've learned I need to keep switching my regimen as I get bored with the same regimen after awhile0 -

Really hope this week goes good. I know I'm not gonna see the numbers I did last week 🙄 I shouldn't expect to after such a large loss the first week. That's always how it goes first week I loose alot and the it slows down and I get super discouraged and start bad self talk and end up quitting. I don't want to do that again! Was gonna up the working out really high but ended up pintching the sciatic nerve in my back on Sunday and it is killing me so gonna have to hold out on high intensity workouts till after it's better. Just really trying to stay positive and remind myself that goals arnt hit overnight.0
