OKAY TODAY IS DAY 2 FOR OUR CHALLENGE
HERE IS MY "ME TIME MY FAVORITE THING TO DO TO RELAX AND LET ME CHILL
ALL OF THESE I HAVE MADE AND I HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLANS IN MY PLAN BOOK OUT IN THE SHOP... THIS WINTER ONE OF MY GOALS IS TO GET BACK TO BUILDING THESE FOR FARMERS MARKETS AROUND THE AREA. ALL OF THESE ARE MADE FROM 2ND GROWTH CEDAR. OLD BARN WOOD , OLD FENCING BLOWN DOWN IN SNOW STORM.. I SCROUNGE ALL OF IT FROM UP HERE IN MINERAL.
THE OTHER TOW STAND ARE MADE FROM BLACK WILLOW TREES BRANCHES AND ALDER BASES. I ALSO GROW THESE HERE ON THE PROPERTY ALONG WITH BAMBOO. SO WHEN I SPEAK OF THE TREE FARM IT'S THESE TRESS THAT I AM REFERRING TOO.
WHEN I GET BACK FROM PT TODAY I WILL SHARE PHOTOS OF MY SHOP AND THE GARDEN BOXES AND PLANT STAND I HAVE MADE

Day two! To make time for myself I enjoy doing Barre and also insight timer app. Barre is a great workout and also to clear my head love the app!

Yesterday was a pretty lazy day so I made sure to take the dogs for a walk to get my steps in. My hands were FREEZING afterwards though, I'm not ready for this cold snap yet!
I posted on the community but right now the way I make time for myself is going to a yoga class during my son's tennis lesson. I come out of it so refreshed and relaxed!3 -

My after lunch tea today is a mate called “chocolate rocket”. It’s fabulous - almonds, raspberries and cocoa.
This afternoon it’s a Cabernet Shiraz... yeah, not a tea. But oh so good. Don’t worry, I’ll cap it at one glass
