    Day two! To make time for myself I enjoy doing Barre and also insight timer app. Barre is a great workout and also to clear my head love the app!

    Steps 10/13: 15,319

    Yesterday was a pretty lazy day so I made sure to take the dogs for a walk to get my steps in. My hands were FREEZING afterwards though, I'm not ready for this cold snap yet!

    I posted on the community but right now the way I make time for myself is going to a yoga class during my son's tennis lesson. I come out of it so refreshed and relaxed!

    My after lunch tea today is a mate called “chocolate rocket”. It’s fabulous - almonds, raspberries and cocoa.

    This afternoon it’s a Cabernet Shiraz... yeah, not a tea. But oh so good. Don’t worry, I’ll cap it at one glass
