    Hi everyone...sorry I "ghosted" the first part of October, but I'm back for an awesome week three. SW let's call it 148.

    Daily Post (Sunday)
    Track: no
    Calories: probably right around 2000
    Exercise: no
    Healthier habits: October = just track: No.
    Goals or Day:
    -so tired and could not stop craving sugar and carbs and I kept grazing. I would have been better off just taking a nap which is evidently what my body wanted!
    - came home and made dinner for the fam + meal prep and ate some even though I wasn't strictly hungry. Should have listened to my body more then, too.
    - legs ached from not exercising (I have a circulation issue)

    My Why Today:
    - even my "fat" clothes are starting to feel tight :grimace:

    Lots of work stress and felt an urge to binge but stayed on track. We’ll see how tomorrow goes.

    Hello there, i would like to rejoin this challenge next month
    I wasn't able to get to forums because of a bann for 4 weeks, so i wasn't in time to rejoin the October challenge, but would like to in November again.
    My goal is to reach 93 kg before my birthday which is last day of november.
    Currently at 99 kg

    @AB0215 is it possible for me to return to this group next month?

    Hoping for advice from you folks. I'm also doing the 'just give me 10 days' challenge so I'm weighing daily. My weight is the same as it was five days ago - down a bit, three days the same, up a bit today. Yesterday I had a great day. I was under my calorie goal by some margin, I made good choices with the calories I did eat and I went for a 25minute jog. I don't understand why I would gain.

    I am hoping there is some advice from you all about how to get things moving down again or...I don't know, anything!

    @jupollock Fluctuations and plateaus are a normal part of the process. If you've not previously weighed daily, you just haven't noticed it on the scale.

    Canaries over a wee bit
    Activity was lunch spin class and upper body weights
    Day was good, threw out the rest of the pumpkin pie as I ended up breaking into it, so need to keep less tempting things hanging around

    Uh oh. I just changed my goal weight to 180 from the original 190 and now I have to consume 160 fewer calories per day!

    - got a little to hungry and ended up having a cookie. Even though I had enough calories for it, it still wasnt a good choice.
    NSV: Didn't get multiple cookies.

    To go pick out a new workout outfit and take a selfie in it!

    Hey team!
    I'm sorry to have gone AWOL (again!) But I've totally fallen off the wagon (again!) And I'm really struggling ATM so bear with me. I'm not giving up!
    There are some major birthdays in my family this week so a lot of tempting foods around (cakes and biscuits are my weakness) so I'm not sure how I'll do.
    But getting on the scale this morning was pretty depressing so I hope that's a good deterrent.

    @Kathie_GoGo that's it, stick to the positive attitude, you can do it!

    @skullsandskeletons you tracked and you were under -that's more then OK surely? Good luck with reducing your calories, that's a tough one!

    @wander216 see, I would find it SUPER difficult to throw away any food, so hats off to you. And I like your CANARIES!

    @midsummer174627 I'm a firm believer in allowing yourself the occasional treat and you had spare calories, so don't beat yourself up! Can't wait to see that selfie (if you want to share, of course!)

    One thing I did well:40-75 min of cardio x 7, Mobility Everyday, lifted 5 of 7 days
    Long term goal: It is 11weeks until January 1, 2020. I have done 22 of my 50 workout goal. Two weeks ago I went on vacation for four days and did not log for 3 days and gained 10 pounds. In two weeks I lost 9 of that 10 pounds. Not back to pre vacation weight but I feel better, I do cardio, weights and mobility regularly. I lost 1.6 pounds this week. All in all a great week.
