    Hello there, i would like to rejoin this challenge next month
    I wasn't able to get to forums because of a bann for 4 weeks, so i wasn't in time to rejoin the October challenge, but would like to in November again.
    My goal is to reach 93 kg before my birthday which is last day of november.
    Currently at 99 kg

    @AB0215 is it possible for me to return to this group next month?

    @Minion_training_program Yes, registrations will be at the end of next week so will just need a starting weight then.

    Goals or Day: I ate back all of my exercise calories plus some. But I didn't get any sweets all day (including the evil doughnuts) and I was hungry not just munchy

    One thing I did well: I watched what I ate when I went out to eat. I recognized when I was full, and just took the rest home...which has added benefits because it’s an extra meal! I’ve also maintained my “sober October,” and I haven’t had any soda!
    One thing to work on: I still need to get back into my workout DVDs, and my C25K. This week I was also bad about walking the dog - poor pup!
