I have the same issue! It's Saturday so I'm halfway through the weekend. Let's make sure dinner tonight and Sunday are healthy!1 -
@Cspdb3, super loss!!
@matthewsfive, nice work!!
@kenyaa3, good luck. Keep us posted as you go along. Hope everything goes well for you.2 -
Good morning! Thank you to those who participated in last week’s mini-challenge. Did you try to lower or remove sugar from your diet? This week’s challenge is to get 7-8 hours of sleep four out of seven days. Sleep deprivation disrupts your metabolism, causes you to overeat and leads to sugar cravings. Catch some zzz’s to lose more pounds.
Today we’re looking for weigh-ins from:

I ran in a Tough Mudder yesterday. It was great, I am proud of myself, I can't wait to do it again but today every muscle I have hurts. I got in my twenty minutes at work or I don't think I would have gotten off of the couch. Seriously, it was so much fun and I recommended trying it if you have ever thought about it. The 5k was all about teamwork and overcoming mental obstacles (mud, mud, cold water, more mud) not pull-ups and super gymnastics.6 -
Congratulations, @shewhoismany! What an accomplishment!!0

@BonnieHosk85 I'm going to be a couple of days late posting my weight. I'm super sick, my asthma is kicking my butt, I'm so full of fluids my weight is going to be stupid, and I'd like to wait a day or two before getting on the scales.2

I have a Fitbit and use it for everything. Last night I crashed at 9:30. Got 7.1 hours of sleep! That hasnt happened in a long time unless I was either sick or alcoholic beverages were consumed the night before lol

I maintained after four days of camping and travel! I am hoping to see a downward trend this week because I was at 133.4 on Thursday morning before the trip! I ate more salt than normal but I did well with eating sensibly. Having to walk to the bathrooms also helped me keep 10,000+ steps a day!7 -

Hi! I am so sorry! this just sort of slipped my mind! My parents had been staying with us for about 2 weeks and left Friday...it was also the week of parent conferences, so I had two 12 hour days (oof) and was just overall "off" last week. And the week before for my birthday. So, here's my weight from this morning. Nice wake up call...I needed it to refocus and remember to take care of me first. Which means good food choices, sleep and not too much wine!

Not a big drop but I’ll take it. Day 2 of my green smoothie cleanse. It’s a bit rough but I’m sticking to it as best I can. My mini goal is to be out of the 260’s before the end of the month. Have a great day team!3 -

It was confirmed yesterday that I am type 2 diabetic. My A1C was 7.7. Going to start Metformin but my Dr was excited that I am down almost 20lbs and that I have been running every day and watching all that I eat. He’s thinking if I continue with the weight loss and lifestyle change that I will not need medications for ever. 🤞🏼🥳 Let’s do this!!6 -

Sorry everyone. Missed the weigh in yesterday. This weekend was constant food. And then when I weighed myself this morning I was bummed and made a bad choice for breakfast even though I am supposed to be skipping breakfast. Time to get back on track because I feel like crap.
