 Still re-losing weight I've gained back since June but always happy to see a loss instead of a gain.
 I was 140.7 pounds on Monday but got my act together with eating and exercising on Monday and Tuesday and got down 3.4 pounds for my Wednesday weigh in! 6 6

            October was a complete distraction from my goals. 👎 Here's to a great November and enjoying healthy holidays! It's back to food journaling and gym visits for me 👍

            I wake up this morning wearing the cone of shame. I had every intention yesterday of staying on track and being good but I totally blew it. I gave in SO HARD at work. I don't think there was anything that I didn't eat. It was disgusting. I'm extremely disappointed in myself. I was OUT.OF.CONTROL.
 I tell myself that today is November 1st. New month. New goals. New opportunities to better myself and my health.7

 So I have come to the conclusion that my weight is not worth tracking for my goals.
 I've been doing Insanity Max 30, a high intensity 30 minute workout for 5 days a week for 8 weeks straight and I have only lost 2 lbs. BUT, I'm wearing size 10 pants right now which I couldn't wear 2 months ago. I am gaining muscle while losing fat.
 Because of this, I no longer will be able to participate to track my weight each week.
 I wish everyone the best of luck in their weight loss goals!8

 I am really happy for this loss.I lost 3.5 lbs .For October goal I made effort to lose these.For November I will make every effort to get to 198 lbs that is losing 4 pounds again.4
