A good day for exercise @kilobykilo !
Did something actually change yesterday or was it just a whim? My train was cancelled so I took a walk with the 15 minutes spare and went to the Tesco Express mini-market. 12 Cadbury's mini-rolls with Halloween packaging for £1 - BARGAIN! Picked them up, went further round the store. Picked up two bananas and put the mini-rolls back.
Invasion of the body snatchers maybe?5 -
That change hasn't happened here, yet @TheMrWobbly ! But, great job!
I do need to pop to the supermarket today as didnt get there at the weekend and decided to do it on the way to work even though that means having to carry my stuff around as my resolve is far stronger in the morning!2 -
@TheMrWobbly you inspired me to be good for supper tonight. Just realized I didn’t take out the pork chops last night. I was going to do them in the slow cooker as I have to pick my husband up from work today. First thoughts, take out! But your post inspired me to take out shrimp and make shrimp scampi which is fast, easy and a lot lower in calories.
Shoutout to all of you working and having to come home to cook supper. I don’t know how you do it.1 -

Happy Wednesday Crew!!!
@TheMrWobbly - Great choice! BTW - Cadbury chocolate is different in the US than Europe. Hershey bought the right to manufacture under the Cadbury name and from what I have heard the chocolate is not as good. IMO, Hershey chocolate is pretty darn tasty though!
@lindamtuck2018 - I am an empty nester now. I have no idea how I worked 60-70 hours a week with two toddlers and was their primary care giver. I am really happy they have turned out to be reasonably well adjusted adults, because looking back I am not sure how that happened.
@kilobykilo - I think next week I will just online shop and pickup my order. I want to avoid injury. HAHAHA
@kelgen02 - you are keto killing it!!
@luciicul - This whole time thing messes with me. I wish they would just leave it alone!! Also, you are headed into summer as we Northern Hemispherians (is that a word?) are headed into winter. There is rumor of SNOW here next week. SNOW!!! In GEORGIA!!!3 -

I'm so sorry I haven't posted for awhile! Yesterday I couldn't even log in due to maintenance - again! It's been busy recently, but I think we can all relate to that! As a result I actually forgot to weigh in today and it might be a good thing cuz I have overdone it lately with food. I am just gonna log last week's weight as this week.

Ok, @TheMrWobbly -- what are Timmies? I googled but no luck... other than a musical group.

Ahhh - we don't have those in Atlanta. I think that is a Canada, maybe northern US thing.
