I'm so jealous. Wanted to retire in Fla, but we have so much family here in Charleston, SC. My little brother is a Postmaster in South Fla. I graduated from University of Florida (hence the jcgator handle). Love Florida.
I wondered about that handle! My husband is a gator too Charleston is beautiful - finally got there to visit a couple of years ago!3 -

I’m feeling so demotivated today. I think it comes down to not getting good sleep lately. But I’m so tired, I’m literally curled up in bed right now and would be happy to stay here all day. I have a run and a Pilates workout planned today and I don’t want to skip them but also I just want to sleep.3

Goals for Thursday almost done! It's like a light switch went off on me thanks to ALL of you I just get up in the morning and get most of it out of the way I feel so much better

I’m for sure at least going to do the Pilates and get all my steps in. The run, we’ll see. I don’t like to push myself too hard to get a run in because that tends to be when injury happens2 -

I hear you. I’m in bed too, having woken feeling a little under the weather. Seems to be passing with cat-cuddling, warm covers, & decaf tea.
Perhaps you can nap?
I find if I let myself rest in bed, I suddenly perk up & think “wow I wanna move!” I can feel it’s about to happen, so likely off for my walk soon!
It’s all about riding our energy mountains & valleys some days!
I agree about not pushing strenuous exercise if your body is telling you to take it a little easier... this is a no injury zone2 -
