    Hello! Gosh you are all so active these days!

    Tea update! Tonight I’m drinking fireside mocha. It has cocoa in it and tiny little sugar trees. 10 cals a cup but it satisfies that chocolate craving.
    Yesterday I had lemon smash, it’s lemon like it says, with a hint of sage. It’s quite nice. Before that I had tropicalia - pineapple and coconut, and one of my favourites - movie night (with popcorn, apple, caramel flavour).

    And tonight I am telling you right now, I will not be eating anything else! 7:45 and I need to give my teeth a rest for the evening.

    Hi gang! Been gone for a few days and I've missed so much!! Successes --RAVEN ROCKS--and sorrow-Holmes. On a long flight tomorrow so should be able to catch up!

    My steps are on my phone upstairs so just doing a quick WI.

    @SLIMn2016 I am in the furthest South East corner in FL. We are so glad it's finally cooling down. I miss the fall & cool weather (grew up outside of Philly). Planted tomatoes just a few weeks ago & finally getting some flowers on them. Stay warm - looks very cold up there now!

    4. Sleep at least 7 hours daily-- 9 hours 💤 ( I have been off from work for the past 3 days and have been getting my sleep hours in. I go back to work tomorrow working overnight.) I feel like I play catch up on my days off for all the hours I miss during the week. Ugh
    5. Drink 90+ oz daily-- 100 oz 💦

    Sue... I lived in Palm Beach for small time when I was a young girl..my family had a winter home there. I LOVE FL!! It's so wonderful to have the warmth year round. I would NOT miss the winters one bit!!! LOL

    I'm so jealous. Wanted to retire in Fla, but we have so much family here in Charleston, SC. My little brother is a Postmaster in South Fla. I graduated from University of Florida (hence the jcgator handle). Love Florida.

    Painful knees cut my pickleball short. They have been swollen since Monday session. Cortisone shots in both knees wore off after two months. Not good.

    congrats on the steps and goals smashing...posted....i only dream of 9 hrs of sleep

    @the gang.....Shadow and i were stationed at McDill AFB in Tampa .. We had been assigned to the US Readiness Command on the wire with other Navy, Air Force, Marine,and Army Dog Handlers. it was a joint operation and I disliked every moment in that state... to hot to humid and the coach roaches were as big as my dog. Give me WA state any day of the week and I am a happy camper.

    WHEW.... SO SORRY I WAS MIA YESTERDAY... CONTRACTORS CUT THE POWER TO THE OFFICE AND THE PHONE AND TABLET WENT SILENT AS OUR WIFI WAS ALSO NOT WORKING....POWER GOES AWAY AND EVERYTHING GOES AWAY EXCEPT FOR THE IMPORTANT STUFF.. BACK AT IT TODAY AS DRY WALL AND PAINTING ARE DRYING FOR 24 HRS.
