    1. Calories < 1500 ✅ 1468
    2. 10,000 steps ❌ 8368
    3. 30 min exercise ✅ 30 min elliptical, strength legs/tri/bi
    4. Log all food ✅
    5. Meet fiber macro ❌

    Not the healthiest food but stayed within calories. Did some meal prep though, so will be healthier today. Missed my walk - wah. 😩

    @Fitness327wk Sally, Thanks for the healthy food link. So true about the eggs. Occasionally I get breakfast at my work cafeteria. I alway choose eggs over easy instead of an omelette because I see them pour that liquid out of a container & I always wonder what the heck is in it? I really thought I was being paranoid but your dietician agrees!

    @Navydaddjtc Happy Veterans Day & I also thank you for all your sacrifices!!!

    @SLIMn2016 I sometimes (she's often too busy lol) get to workout with my daughter too - love those workouts!! And she always finds good/new ab workouts on instagram & encourages me to stretch longer afterwards than I normally would.

    @jcgator2016 Way to handle that birthday party!!!!

    1. Stay under my calorie goal (currently 1810) ❌

    2. Get 5,000 steps a day✔ 8804

    3. No eating out ❌

    4. Exercise bike for at least 20 minutes a day. ✔25 minutes

    5. No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔

    I helped a friend with moving yesterday so there was pizza involved and then I had a mini binge. Today will hopefully be better.

    Saturday - 14,902

    Was doing ok wth my food choices until today. Had girl friends round who all brought chocolate and cakes - over indulged :'( Got to spend rest of week repairing the damage!!!
