Not the healthiest food but stayed within calories. Did some meal prep though, so will be healthier today. Missed my walk - wah. 😩

Wow, what a busy group these days!!
I have fallen behind on my tea reporting. I had a couple repeats this week but some I don’t believe I have shared yet::
Santa’s secret (black tea with peppermint and other lovely Christmasy spices)
Jumpy monkey - it has coffee beans in it
Sunset matcha - a matcha with beet root so it brews a deep purple and tastes a bit sweet.5 -

@Fitness327wk Sally, Thanks for the healthy food link. So true about the eggs. Occasionally I get breakfast at my work cafeteria. I alway choose eggs over easy instead of an omelette because I see them pour that liquid out of a container & I always wonder what the heck is in it? I really thought I was being paranoid but your dietician agrees!

@SLIMn2016 I sometimes (she's often too busy lol) get to workout with my daughter too - love those workouts!! And she always finds good/new ab workouts on instagram & encourages me to stretch longer afterwards than I normally would.

5. No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔
I helped a friend with moving yesterday so there was pizza involved and then I had a mini binge. Today will hopefully be better.

Saturday - 14,902
Was doing ok wth my food choices until today. Had girl friends round who all brought chocolate and cakes - over indulged Got to spend rest of week repairing the damage!!!3 -

I had my oldest brother's memorial service yesterday so forgive my absence I'm working on my goals for the week and will have them shortly trying to keep it together while I grieve love you all8
