    No Eating Out 🚫 I’ve been craving Chipotle for like a week and half and I knew that if I had it today I’d still be okay calorie-wise since I doubled up on cardio so I gave in. Once in three weeks is still great progress for me as I used to regularly eat out 3-5 times a week

    11/8 - 14,527 πŸ˜€ I thought I was going to get an extra 1000 or so steps in at the hardware store but then my husband decided he no longer needed whatever it was he was going to get. Still happy at 14,500ish though!

    First of three birthday parties today planned for this weekend. My best friend Mike celebrating today, my son's birthday tomorrow, and celebrating the Marine Corp bday with my parents. If I can escape the weekend with only a two pound gain, I will be ecstatic. It's not just the cake and ice cream, there will be a lot of food. Thank goodness I don't drink.

Back on track tomorrow---just keeping it realzz.πŸ™†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

    Son came with me to the gym---he calls my workout a "death march" bc he hates cardio..... πŸ˜‚πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ--TEENS!!! At least he isn't embarrassed to be seen with me---YET! 😣🀣

    Also, some home renovations going on this week...so steps may get minimalπŸ˜•

    Pickleball tournament was canceled this morning, too cold and windy on the outdoor courts by the beach. Lifted weights in the garage.
