    Painful knees cut my pickleball short. They have been swollen since Monday session. Cortisone shots in both knees wore off after two months. Not good.

    2. Eat fewer calories than my daily goal✅
    3. Create (not imagine or read about), but actually create art each day. ✅✅✅
    4. At least 4 servings of fruit/veg daily✅
    5. Positive body self talk :)

    I’m feeling so demotivated today. I think it comes down to not getting good sleep lately. But I’m so tired, I’m literally curled up in bed right now and would be happy to stay here all day. I have a run and a Pilates workout planned today and I don’t want to skip them but also I just want to sleep.

    I hear you. I’m in bed too, having woken feeling a little under the weather. Seems to be passing with cat-cuddling, warm covers, & decaf tea.
    Perhaps you can nap?
    I find if I let myself rest in bed, I suddenly perk up & think “wow I wanna move!” I can feel it’s about to happen, so likely off for my walk soon!
    It’s all about riding our energy mountains & valleys some days!

    I agree about not pushing strenuous exercise if your body is telling you to take it a little easier... this is a no injury zone :)

    LOL😆 THE FLORIDA COCKROACHES (I think they are called PALMETTO BUGS)--they are SUPER HUGE and they FLY TOO😱😖😣--- those I don't miss.

    YES---lack of sleep--I'm feeling this too! It really hinders my workouts for sure. I need to catch up this weekend. Hope you get some more rest in soon!

    🗣Comments/Goals: Feeling like I'm fighting off a bug...been very tired and depleted today and yesterday. Have my son's bday parties set for Friday night and Saturday. Lots of food going down, so I am trying to plan ahead and choose wisely, but enjoy the moment too. Cake will be eaten!🎂🍰😋 Tonight, I made air fryer haddock strips...they were so good...my sons went nuts on them. 👌🏻😆
