No Eating Out 🚫 I’ve been craving Chipotle for like a week and half and I knew that if I had it today I’d still be okay calorie-wise since I doubled up on cardio so I gave in. Once in three weeks is still great progress for me as I used to regularly eat out 3-5 times a week

11/8 - 14,527 😀 I thought I was going to get an extra 1000 or so steps in at the hardware store but then my husband decided he no longer needed whatever it was he was going to get. Still happy at 14,500ish though!4 -

3. Create (not imagine or read about), but actually create art each day. ✅

Went to a retirement party & really held back on drinks & food & managed to stay within calorie goal! Even skipped home-made baklava by Greek host. Feel great today! Good start to the weekend. Thx for the tips/focus on weekend eating!4
