CONGRATS!! You've come so far!
I am 5'9" and have been as low as 150... but I couldn't maintain it reasonably ... I'm trying for 155 as my goal now...with 160 as my high number---and I'm above that now. It's tricky to maintain.... I've been fighting with it for a few years now. It's always the last few pounds that give me trouble.3 -

I got as low as 150.2.(thatβs the dip on the graph lol)
I began Jan 1, 2016.
I agree re: the last few pounds =
Smaller margin of error AND weβre basically the weight we want to be.
I did this for my health, so once my Dr. said βMission Accomplished!β, it became more about vanity, which it turns out, doesnβt motivate me! LOL

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE KINDS WORDS YESTERDAY IN CELEBRATION OF VETERANS DAY
IT WAS AN EXHAUSTING DAY FOR ME.... SEVERAL VIDEOS CALLS WITH TEAM MATES AND THEIR FAMILIES
LOTS OF TEARS AND LAUGHTER WALKING DOWN MEMORY LANE... SOME GOOD SOME NOT SO MUCH.
GALLONS OF COFFEE AND DRANK...VERY LITTLE FOOD CONSUMED I DID FOLLOW MY MEAL PLAN....
IT ENDED YESTERDAY WITH A VIDEO CALL TO DJ AND TC... OUR SONS BOTH AWAY IN THE US NAVY... GOT TO CHAT WITH THE GRAND KIDS AND THE DAUGHTER IN LAW.... IT WAS A GREAT DAY FOR ME.....
NOW IT'S TIME TO GET BACK TO BUSINESS.....
I AM IMPRESS WITH ALL THAT THIS TEAM HAS ACCOMPLISHED IN THE PAST AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FUTURE OF THIS TEAM. I FEEL LIKE DANCING SO HERE GOES... I'LL LET MY BUDDY SNOOPY DO IT AS I DON'T THINK IT WOULD BE A PRETTY SIGHT IF I DID IT

Oh my goodness. I've been on a downward spiral since Thursday - travel to Connecticut, daughter turned 21, then off to Florida to visit my son in college from Saturday - Monday. I haven't worked out since Wednesday or logged my diet because it's too embarrassing even just for me to look at. I'm back at home and work and vow to be at at least previous weight by Friday3

Thanks for this article. While I don't eat anything on this list, my husband prefers the quick oats so I'll have to switch him back. And he prefers the low-fat mayo. I switched to vegan a while back and will probably start getting it for him again. He doesn't keep up on this stuff so I do it for him (by choice) and he appreciates it!!!2 -
