Now Im back at 180 and every time I get here I gain another 5 or 6 lbs I just simply cannot do it again if I can lose a few more pounds before Thanksgiving and be back at 180 by the end of the month I will consider that a huge success but I don't have a strategy let me go work on that now and stop self-sabotaging myself

I asked the same thing last month! If you are going in through a desktop browser, it seems we are left without emojis! But if you post from the app on your phone (or ipad) you can use the same emoji's that you would use when texting.

Like Sue said, I typically use my iPad or iPhone and use the same emojis that I use when I text.
I donโt use my desktop that often for MFP, however, when I do they have very limited smiley faces no โ check mark. Greg mentioned a link above for emojis for desktop.

When I first started this journey in January I was on a different calorie counting/support groups site, but I hated it. Many of the people there were very toxic and often tore each other down rather than trying to lift them up or help. Somewhere I heard about MFP and I decided to give it a try in hopes of finding a better community. Part of the better community I found was this group right here.
The Fat to Fit challenge was one of the first challenges/groups I joined and I was placed here with the Workout Warriors. Iโll admit at the time I was a little worried because of the bad experiences Iโd had elsewhere. However, I found one of the friendliest, most supportive groups that Iโve had the pleasure to be a part of. You guys have encouraged, inspired, and advised me this year on numerous occasions. I donโt believe that I would have been even half as successful if it hadnโt been for this group. So this is a big, heartfelt thank you to all of you!

Every time I log in here I am so far behind but that is great! I canโt wait to be part of this active group when I get home. We have better แบifi at our hotel we just got to today so maybe I can post a little more. This trip has felt so long, hard to believe we still have over a week left. Not that Iโm complaining!

There sure are a lot of steep hills and steps in Italy! Hopefully Iโm building some muscle in my legs!2 -

Yes, I use my laptop. I have the Samsung galaxy plus, but I have to use my reading glasses to see anything on the phone, so i rather use the laptop.0 -

Yes.... so this weekend I need to try extra hard to find a way to eat healthy and enjoy a treat... bc the following Saturday (16th) is my son's bday---and I will eat cake that day... so planning ahead is crucial. We can do this!!!2 -

Solution: Exercise will boost your energy levels and help you sleep better, says Blakely. Start small โ even just 5 minutes each morning. Find ways to incorporate short bursts of activity throughout your day: Walk to work, park in the back of the lot, or get off the train one stop earlier.

WELL IF THAT DON'T BEAT ALL... I AM RETIRED SO I DO HAVE THE TIME AND I AM TAKING OUR FAVORITE ITALIAN AND MEXICAN DISHES AND TURNING THEM INTO SALADS.
IF IND IF YOU BUY THAT PRE PACKAGE CRAP THEY CALL SALAD IT GOES BAD IN A DAY OR 2 AFTER OPENING IT AND EXPOSING TO AIR. SO I BUY FRESH ROMAINE... CHOP IT MY SELF THEN I ADD THE SHREDDED CARROTS AND RED CABBAGE. I SEAL IT A VACUUM PACK BAG AND IT IS GOOD TO GO FOR ABOUT 4 DAYS. YES I RESEAL IT EVERY TIME I MAKE A SALAD, BUT IT'S NO BIG DEAL.
NOW I HAVE TAKEN FAJITA MEAT CHIX OF BEEF...CHIX ALFREDO, CHIX PARM W/O BREAD CRUMBS , AND TURN THEM ALL INTO SALADS... TACO MEAT, BURRITOS, CARNE ASADA WELL YOU GET THE IDEA I USE A SALAD BASE INSTEAD OF PASTAS OR FLOUR /CORN TORTILLAS. DRESSING AND SAUCES ARE MADE INSTEAD OF RANCH OR BLUE CHEESE
SO THERE YA HAVE YOU CAN MAKE HEALTHY DISHES AND CUT THE CARBS TREMENDOUSLY. .
