No Eating Out π« Iβve been craving Chipotle for like a week and half and I knew that if I had it today Iβd still be okay calorie-wise since I doubled up on cardio so I gave in. Once in three weeks is still great progress for me as I used to regularly eat out 3-5 times a week

11/8 - 14,527 π I thought I was going to get an extra 1000 or so steps in at the hardware store but then my husband decided he no longer needed whatever it was he was going to get. Still happy at 14,500ish though!

Went to a retirement party & really held back on drinks & food & managed to stay within calorie goal! Even skipped home-made baklava by Greek host. Feel great today! Good start to the weekend. Thx for the tips/focus on weekend eating!

π£Comments/Goals: I had my cheat meal yesterday... so today I didn't really eat healthy, bc I started the morning with pineapple coconut cakeπ€·π»ββοΈπ€π¬...but I cut back my calories and low on carbs the remainder of the day. Back on track tomorrow---just keeping it realzz.ππ»ββοΈ
Son came with me to the gym---he calls my workout a "death march" bc he hates cardio..... ππ€¦π»ββοΈ--TEENS!!! At least he isn't embarrassed to be seen with me---YET! π£π€£
Also, some home renovations going on this week...so steps may get minimalπ

@Fitness327wk Sally, Thanks for the healthy food link. So true about the eggs. Occasionally I get breakfast at my work cafeteria. I alway choose eggs over easy instead of an omelette because I see them pour that liquid out of a container & I always wonder what the heck is in it? I really thought I was being paranoid but your dietician agrees!

@SLIMn2016 I sometimes (she's often too busy lol) get to workout with my daughter too - love those workouts!! And she always finds good/new ab workouts on instagram & encourages me to stretch longer afterwards than I normally would.
