5. No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔
I helped a friend with moving yesterday so there was pizza involved and then I had a mini binge. Today will hopefully be better.

Saturday - 14,902
Was doing ok wth my food choices until today. Had girl friends round who all brought chocolate and cakes - over indulged Got to spend rest of week repairing the damage!!!3 -

I had my oldest brother's memorial service yesterday so forgive my absence I'm working on my goals for the week and will have them shortly trying to keep it together while I grieve love you all8

I’m changing my 1st 2 goals for the next week:
1. 8K steps or more. 12,118✅
2. Eat fewer calories than my daily goal within my macros/micro goals. ❌carbs high
3. Create (not imagine or read about), but actually create art each day. ✅
4. Gratitude ✅
5. Positive body self talk ✅ yes!3 -

I'm shifting goal 4 this week because I realized that rest days are a must. By shifting it from exercise bike to any 20 minutes of exercise I can change up my routine to allow my muscles to recover properly.
1. Stay under my calorie goal (currently 1770)
2. Get 5,000 steps a day
3. No eating out
4. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day
5. No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues)

10 Nov Results:
Did not log food
Stayed way under calories.
Exercise: Stationary bike 40 mins, light lifting, stretching 30 mins
Calories burned: 560
Steps: 6447
Water: 94 oz (appx)
Had 360 cal protein shake after morning workout and chicken and veggies for dinner. Stayed away from carbs so I can enjoy a slice of raspberry buttercream cake at my son's bday and a small slice of vanilla cake at ny parents for Marine Corp bday.2 -

🗣Comments: Took a rest day from the gym today to work on my house. Did not put my watch on until 3pm bc I was painting---steps are from 5 mile hike and shopping late in the day. Friends of my sons brought pizza🤦🏻♀️ and I caved and had 1/4 slice of each kind... and a cookie😣😖 Been a tough weekend... I'm not fairing well this month--with the cold weather, home improvements, birthdays---ugh. I need to try harder.3 -

Adding an additional daily goal this week. I started a knitting project a few weeks ago and haven’t been working on it much. Knitting helps relieve stress for me and keeps me from eating out of boredom so I’ve added a new goal of working on it at least 1 hour each night.

I have some steps to catch up on! I have a hard time getting my Fitbit inspire to sync to my iPhone. Anyone else have this trouble? Some days it takes 5 minutes other days it won’t sync at all.
