    Exercise at least 3 times

    Start daily journaling again!

    Breakfast of Champions

    Finally found a complete protein powder that doesn't bloat or hurt my stomach. USDA 100% organic plant based protein, contains all the greens I need, probiotics, 500mg Omega-3 ALA, 8 vitamins and minerals.

    2 cups Blue Diamond Almond milk (no carrageenan), 2 cups organic baby spinach, half cup frozen organic blueberries, and 1 TBSP Almond butter.

    310 calories
    15g Net Carbs
    15g Fat
    28g protein
    10g Fiber
    8 g sugar (2g sugar without blueberries)

    I am ok with this. The week before was an awesome weight loss. I can handle gaining .1. Next week I will rock it again.

    A new gym opened today and I told my husband I would go with him before work which means we need to be there at 4:30 am.... Bright and early tomorrow. :smiley:

    That looks delicious! I've never seen the PB2 - powdered peanut butter? Sounds like it keeps you pretty full too. Thanks for sharing!

    My weigh in:

    Starting Oct 27: 157.8 weekly trend: 156.7
    Monday Nov 4: 154.2 weekly trend: 155.3
    Monday Nov 11: 156.0 weekly trend: 155.7

    My maintenance range is 153-155, so I’m not sure I’ll be contributing to the team’s successes much, but I’m delighted to be here! We’d see. Going for 153 now, maybe lower.

    UPDATE: Just going for 155-157. BMI around 23.3. I’m healthy & each time I get to 155.2 or below, I get hungry & want to exercise less.

    It’s dawning on me - belatedly - that I AM maintaining. 😄 The green in the graph abov is the weight I’ve kept off the past year. 🍀
