VIDEO CALLS WITH TEAM MEMBERS FROM MY DOG UNIT AND OUR TEAM OR I SHOULD SAY WHAT'S LEFT OF US... THAT TIME IN OUR YOUNG LIVES TOOK A LOT OUT OF US AND WELL SOME OF US WERE BROKEN AND GOT FIXED SOME OF US NOT SO MUCH. DEATH SLOWLY CREPT UPON THOSE THAT CHOSE NOT TO GET FIXED AND THEY PAID THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE FOR THAT. SOME OF US MEDICATED OURSELVES WITH DRUGS AND ALCOHOL AND GOT FIXED AND SOME WELL NOT SO MUCH....
I DON'T FAULT THOSE THAT CHOSE NOT TO GET FIXED, BUT I AM TRULY SORRY THAT THEY DIDN'T. WE SURVIVED MANS INHUMANITY TO MAN AT IT'S BEST ONLY TO BECOME VICTIMS OF OUR CHOOSING. SOMETIMES WE WON THAT FIGHT AND SOMETIMES NOT SO MUCH.
TODAY I MOURNED THE LOST OF ALL MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN ALL OF THE WARS OR POLICE ACTIONS THAT WE ALL SERVED IN ALL AROUND THE WORLD. FROM THE TOMB OF THE UNKNOWN SOLIDER, ALL OF THE MEMORIALS AND SHRINES AROUND THE WORLD. FROM ALL OF THE WALLS AND STATUES DEDICATED TO THE FALLEN .....YOU ARE GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN.

Finally found a complete protein powder that doesn't bloat or hurt my stomach. USDA 100% organic plant based protein, contains all the greens I need, probiotics, 500mg Omega-3 ALA, 8 vitamins and minerals.
2 cups Blue Diamond Almond milk (no carrageenan), 2 cups organic baby spinach, half cup frozen organic blueberries, and 1 TBSP Almond butter.

A new gym opened today and I told my husband I would go with him before work which means we need to be there at 4:30 am.... Bright and early tomorrow.1 -

That looks delicious! I've never seen the PB2 - powdered peanut butter? Sounds like it keeps you pretty full too. Thanks for sharing!1 -
