Steps 11/16: 26,854
Lots of exploring in Rome the last couple of days! Today Iโll be in airports a lot of the day but Iโll be gaining 7 hours so hopefully will get some steps in too. Itโs strange texting my family from the airport this morning (Sunday) while itโs still Saturday night before theyโve gone to bed there. Back to reality soon!2 -

Wife's birthday party and gender reveal for my youngest son and his wife went well tonite despite a miserable cold, wet, rainy and gloomy day. Catered with the local BBQ restaurant, pulled pork, barbeque chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad, and all the other southern fixin's. Stayed under calories but was way over on carbs and that birthday cake put me over on sugar. Got rid of all the food and cake with the guests, so will have to restart clean tomorrow and work it off. Gender reveal? It's a boy. My second grandson.

3. No eating out โ Iโm counting this one as completed. I ate all my meals in, but the husband and I walked to the burger/ice cream place and got some ice cream because I was a little low for the day. I pondered picking up a half gallon box (they sell them) but I knew that I risked binging on it later, so I got what I could have in a cup.
4. Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. โ 20 minute walk, 30 minutes on the exercise bike.
5. No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) โ

Awesome ๐ job Kai! Steps posted. What a wonderful alternative to walking with hubby and getting a cup of ice cream instead of buying a half gallon. ๐ I try to make alternative decisions that I know are my weaker points. Setting up for success!2 -

Had to do this several times. It helped each time!3
