This may be the most important thing I’m doing right now! I’m thin. I need to help my brain realize it more often.
Just realized: I might need to go buy an article of clothing. I haven’t purchased much at all. (I still hate clothes shopping- so many horrible experiences when I was 73lbs heavier...) Time to re-write that story! 💙

I get this!! I used to loathe cloth shopping...except, when I hit goal I went cloth-shopping-crazy and over bought things that I could never have bought before. I am a bit body dysmorphic also and I cannot really "see" when I am at a healthy size/weight for my body, nor do I think I ever will be able to. I still tend to buy things that are way oversized for my body.

    I'll take you shopping!!🙌😝😜

    DAILY GOALS: Monday, 11/18

    ✅ Logged food
    ✅ Stayed under calorie goal
✅ 1 hour+ of cardio (Stair Climber, Elliptical HIIT, Core Class & Inclined Treadmill)
✅ Maintained IF schedule w/ No food after dinner
    ✅ Water: 257.8 oz.

🗣Comments/Goals: I didn't do the 3:4 IF schedule (like last week) as I'd planned--I'm doing a 4:3 instead--my body was screaming for food today, sooooo hungry, so I ate, but I'm still under.

So funny, I was ironing on Sunday night and was shocked at how large two of my shirts are. I bought them this summer when I was panicked that I didn’t have any large enough clothes for work. I saw them for this true size for the first time and just to be sure I pulled one over the three layers I was already wearing. It is a blouse, and it went over top of a fleece vest and sweater with room to spare. No way I should be wearing that.

How did I not see how oversized that was? It’s not like I’ve lost much weight since then.

@THEGANG....THIS VIDEO WILL SHOW A DIFFERENT TECHNIQUE IN CUTTING BELL PEPPERS... https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=CHEFS+CUTTING+A+BELL+PEPPER#kpvalbx=_jOHTXYLMMOP99AOqobO4DA35

THIS IS THE TECHNIQUE I USE WHEN PREPPING THE VEGGIE. I ALSO USED THIS VIDEO WHEN TEACHING THE TEEN CHEFS ON CUTTING BELL PEPPERS. IT ACCOMPLISHES THE SAME THING AS SALLY'S VIDEO. KEEPING THOSE DARN SEEDS CONFINED.

Oh gosh - I needed this quote today. I have really been missing on my exercise, some my own fault and some due to things outside of my control. Thank you Nancy!
