December week 1
Monday
Previous: 146.2
Current: 148.3 (not good)
I'm sure you are probably aware the December spreadsheet is off a bit. Has my starting weight at 203.0 -
@dheliason All the rollover people's starting weight is off. I told Ashley about it and she is going to fix it, but she is super busy this week too. I can't actually change or add/delete people. Ashley does that. All I can do is enter the current weights.0

@dheliason a starting weight of 203 gives you a super huge loss this week though!!0

Hello! I'm Sarah and I am 26 years old. My highest weight officially logged in MFP has been 250, but I know that I've seen 255 during shark week a couple months ago. I'm a novice, competitive powerlifter from the midwest. I had once lost over 50 lbs during 2014-2015. I have unfortunately gained all 50 lbs, plus another 20+ lbs back over the last 3 years. Looking to gain control of my life again.
Started November off at 250. Due to a lack of discipline over the weekend, I am slightly up. I went from 240.4 lbs on November 24 to 243 lbs this morning. Hoping that this is just water weight. Once I get my food intake regulated again, I'm hoping for another drop.

Sorry this was a day late! I'll add my post for today's progress later.0 -
Here are my goals for December. I'm focusing on the process, not the outcome. I believe if I do that, the outcome will take care of itself. Plus, the process is what I struggle with the most; that is the #1 reason I'm not getting the results I want.
PRAY/FAST DAILY
15,000 STEPS/DAY
64+ OZ OF WATER/DAY
6+ HOURS OF SLEEP/NIGHT
60+ MINUTES OF EXERCISE/DAY
Plus I want to log all my intake everyday more accurately and post here at least 4-5 times a week.1 -

December's goal is to finish healing from this lung infection (If that's what it is).
I've got 4 more days on these pills, then hopefully my weight will stop yo-yoing.
Get back to moving instead of being in bed day and night.
I NEED to be more accurate with inputting my daily calories into MFP.
So here's to a brand new month.
Good luck everyone!!!2 -

Back to where I started Nov 1, but usually at this time of year I’m up 5 lbs so I’ll just accept it and move on. Looking forward to a better month! My goal is to stop emotionally eating!0 -

Hello Team! I am Ryan and I am getting back on MFP / BLC. I took a few months off to recharge, but now I am back at it. My overall goal is to get back to 200 lbs and live a healthier lifestyle. My weekly goal is to loose a pound a week to help me achieve my overall goal.1 -

Calories: Over - I desperately wanted corn chips after lunch. So ate corn chips and the drank a bottle of cider! Those corn chips have been sitting in my pantry for over 2 months. Then I cooked ox tail stew for dinner and well...the rest is history!
Exercise: Yes. 30 minutes weight training, just under 90 mins walk (10km)
We usually have a pub quiz on Tuesdays which means I get a 2 hour walk in the evening on Tuesdays. I walk to the venue. It's about 12km away so in addition to my 10k daily steps. All our team members dropped out today - first time in almost 2 years so I can't even walk off the blasted corn chips! Here's to tomorrow and a reset!
Bonus - I drank 2 litres of water! It's the little wins!2 -
