Gosh, I feel the same way when I forget to check my steps and I am so close! I also remind myself, I am moving and was so close to 10,000 steps which is usually around 5 miles.
Well LOL 😆 I will admit of walking 🚶♀️ around the house to achieve those last hundred steps before bed. Hubby asks what are doing? He knows now. 😝 😂2 -

Everyone is really moving and shaking here. (So inspiring) I’m am anxious girl this morning. Ready to hit my morning coffee and workout but I have lab work this morning so I’m laying low. I’ll get a workout later in today and some walking on my break.

Be aware of the time in front of the screen... stuff around the house needs my attention... develop work hours for the team and the group.
👍3) when I feed Logan I feed me and take my 1st rd of meds.
👍4) I NEED TO WORK ON MY TIME MGMT

Now you would think for someone that was up and moving for 20 hours out of 24 in a day would find time to meditate for 15 minutes today. The day was here and gone before I realized that I did not meditate. I need to set my intentions better and make time. On the other hand I did do a 7 mile hike today and I have always considered that as part of my meditation with nature.
Amazing on steps once again. I agree with you on nature as meditation!!!!1 -

I've reached my final goal for this year. I am now over halfway to my ultimate goal weight. I'm hopeful of another couple for pounds in the next 14 days because I'm doing two weeks of maintenance again starting on Dec 19. If all goes as planned the bounce up should be under the halfway mark.
For my newer people to the group I have done this before with excellent results. If you are unfamiliar with what is commonly referred to as diet breaks and you have been at a calorie deficit for longer than 4-5 months, or have hit an honest plateau I really recommend looking into them. I decided the holidays were a perfect time for one so that I can enjoy a few things I would normally forgo, eggnog comes to mind, without completely killing my progress.2 -
I forgot to post a daily step goal. I’m going for 10,000 a day this month to give my ankle a chance to heal.2

Orangetheory was a tough one yesterday! They are doing 12 days of Christmas workouts and I feel like they are harder than the hell week workouts at Halloween. 🥵
@Fitness327wk I hope you enjoyed your Italian night! I keep meaning to make a lightened up version of pasta carbonara (I ate that a lot in Italy!) but haven’t don’t it yet! The movie is totally cheesy as all Hallmark movies are but still fun to see Italy 🇮🇹2 -

Thinking that a small change or a small goal doesn't matter. It all adds up into something bigger and added all together, it certainly DOES make a difference. Consistency on every single goal is what it takes!0 -
