Comments I’m happy that I have been able to stay consistent with my plan. The scale is moving in the right direction and I have cut down on carbs almost to the Keto level, which is one of my goals this month.

So I sliced my finger on the mandolin today. My first and last time ever using One. Hope this zucchini lasagna is worth it. Lol.

Ouch that sounds painful, hope you enjoyed the lasagne though

    Daily post for Thursday morning

    Yesterday:
    Track βœ”
    Calories βœ”
    Exercise βœ”

So I have been giving my body a rest from exercise so only walking a mile each day. But I still seem to be losing with just the calorie intake. I will take it though because another time I am sure I will be dealing with a plateau.

Started today to try to not drink any alcohol for 31 days. It will be hard i havent went more than a few days with out having at least a glass of wine. Im usually a moderate drinker just want to see this months numbers when i stick to same diet and exercise but cut out alcohol all together.

    You've got this @RetroJoe28 !!!!

The past week has been going well.
I am jogging/walking 3x per week and I am starting TRX 15 min 3x per week.
I have given up alcohol this month and am eating approx 1300 calories a day.
Every morning I do the GSP Rushfit warmup on YouTube (10 mins). I stretch for at least 5 min in the evening.
I try to get at least 10000 steps per day.
I am listening to the David Goggins audiobook "Can't Hurt Me"...very inspiring.

Good Morning! I did pretty good yesterday as far as exercise. I decided to quit smoking last weekend. which I have done well at and I'm still smoke free. Yay! But yesterday I found that i was eating everything and ending the evening with ice cream and lots of hot fudge. Ewww!
Today is a new day! When I woke up, I did some strength arm exercises. (which is my biggest trouble area). This will be a better day!

Good job on the quiting smoking.

Quitting smoking is an amazing accomplishment! Even if you went over in calories, think about how much healthier you will be overall without the nicotine! This is a rough time for you, but the longer you last the easier it will be to not shove other stuff in your mouth! πŸ˜‰ In the meantime, be proud of what you have accomplished so far! Have you tried chewing gum? My husband quit smoking 5 years ago and he still has to have gum at all times. Like we order it in bulk off amazon. Lol.

    I’m proud of you!!
