Good Morning! I did pretty good yesterday as far as exercise. I decided to quit smoking last weekend. which I have done well at and I'm still smoke free. Yay! But yesterday I found that i was eating everything and ending the evening with ice cream and lots of hot fudge. Ewww!
Today is a new day! When I woke up, I did some strength arm exercises. (which is my biggest trouble area). This will be a better day!6 -

So I have been giving my body a rest from exercise so only walking a mile each day. But I still seem to be losing with just the calorie intake. I will take it though because another time I am sure I will be dealing with a plateau.2 -

The past week has been going well.
I am jogging/walking 3x per week and I am starting TRX 15 min 3x per week.
I have given up alcohol this month and am eating approx 1300 calories a day.
Every morning I do the GSP Rushfit warmup on YouTube (10 mins). I stretch for at least 5 min in the evening.
I try to get at least 10000 steps per day.
I am listening to the David Goggins audiobook "Can't Hurt Me"...very inspiring.2 -

Quitting smoking is an amazing accomplishment! Even if you went over in calories, think about how much healthier you will be overall without the nicotine! This is a rough time for you, but the longer you last the easier it will be to not shove other stuff in your mouth! 😉 In the meantime, be proud of what you have accomplished so far! Have you tried chewing gum? My husband quit smoking 5 years ago and he still has to have gum at all times. Like we order it in bulk off amazon. Lol.
I’m proud of you!!0 -
