    Unusualy big drop for me this week! Here's to healthy eating and restarting weight lifting after a bit of a break (focus in January has been on cardio but my knees started bothering me again so I'm going to have to ease back / alter my approach).

    I’m having such a hard time this month. My anxiety and depression are at high levels.

    I think that I’m sticking to plan but the scale tells me otherwise. 🥺

    Math says I should have lost 1 pound this week but I lost 4! I won’t complain. I’m just really perplexed because I also had a lot of salt the last 2 days. I was more active than usual though.
