    I need to be moved to maintenance/support please. Going forward I can see I'm going to have big swings up and down as I try to keep within maintenance range. Last week's weigh-in was too low, so I spent this past week eating more, but didn't expect quite such a large rebound! Will take me a while to be better at maintaining a steady weight.

    I will move you into the support team today - you have had an amazing success, and here you are at maintenance! It is not easy. I have been in my maintenance range for quite a long time now, and it takes a lot of vigilance and tinkering to stay there. You will make it!     Sprinkle of cheddar

    Look super yummy, but contain some mystery ingredients to me 😂
