    Glad to be at 210 and trying to get under 200 by April so I'm glad to have an "extra" day in Feb for additional chance at progress.

    It seems my plan is at least starting to show signs of life. I drink about half my weight in water everyday, I walk at least 4 times a week, and I’ve been trying to do better when I go out to eat (taking half home and only getting fries once a week). I know I can’t give up wine, cheese, or bread, so I just work a little harder throughout the week. I’m also going to start working out a little more during the week with some coworkers, so I think that will help, too. I have to remind myself: it’s a marathon, not a sprint, and baby steps are more likely to be sustainable than big leaps. Happy losing everybody!!
