Worked in the city today. Caught the train in and out. Walked to a further station than the nearest to get my walk in for the day.

After being as low as 137.3 (62.3kg) during the week the weight this morning bounced up. These ups and downs are normal. My 7 day average is still tracking where I want it to go (138.0 (62.6kg)).
If I am high this week and next week is normal, then I get to record another loss

Longer walk today. Needed it. Not a good mental day for me today.
Got daughter to all appointments on time.
Wife completed second and final day of mental health first aid class. This was primarily to assist with daughter and her situation (but helps me as well).
Busy day tomorrow. First appointment with psychologist.1 -

Not a great week, managed to hurt my back during one of my workouts, could barely move at all, turns out it was a pinched nerve and I am not allowed to workout for two weeks. Have to admit that I am a bit unhappy about the no exercising as I quite enjoy it but I understand why. Hopefully everything works out and I can start exercising again in two weeks time.6 -

Trying to get back on track with tracking. I am still sick although much better. It has literally been a month! I would like to get back to swimming, tracking and really counting every bite. Next week I have a week off, I have a business so I am never really off, but I will be more off than not next week...so I should be able to really buckle down on this! But as of today, I will be counting, tracking if not exercising.3

Exercise? No was so so tired lol. Plan on doing yesterday's workout this morning then some cardio later in the evening, lighter then I planned of course

Calories? No. I realize I go over from snacking when I don't have enough protein in the mornings so loading up for breakfast this morning.3 -

Last Wednesday I weighed 137.9 pounds.
This Wednesday I weighed 139.1 pounds.
Gained 1.2 pounds which is a bummer but I am okay with it as I remained under 140 pounds.
Plus I weighed 141.3 pounds on Monday so I lost 2.2 pounds in the last 2 days
as I pre-planned meals, ate healthier, showed more self-control, and got a lot of walking done.4 -

Hi team! Sorry I was MIA yesterday! I am a teacher and twice a year we have two 12 hour days for conferences...but then we are off tomorrow! So yesterday was day 1 and today is day 2. A LONG day for sure...I did get in a 15 minute walk and didn't eat any of the treat trays from parents, so that's a win for me!

This was me all. last. winter...your body is preserving everything to get you healthy and in the process makes you feel like junk! It's so hard. Keep up the great work and get well.2 -

This feels like the longest week of my life. So much going on. I haven't been able to read everyones comments but now i'm all caught up, so much going on these past few days. I hope you all are doing great and get to a great place by the weeks end.4
