My back was finally ready for a workout tonight! It's funny how your mind plays tricks on you when you can't exercise and want to. I felt like I gained a million pounds over the past few days even though I was logging all the way. Normally I would have thrown the towel in, but that wouldn't get me far in my goals and our team goals. Have a great night!1

Sorry, I am super bloated this week. I will try harder next month. I hope some changes I am making will help. This has been so frustrating for me.1 -
@thedestar @petrocoetsee thank you both! I have been sleeping a lot and trying to drink enough-tall glass of OJ, Gatorade zero, water... this Tamiflu stuff has curbed my appetite(or I'm just not hungry), but I am forcing myself to make something for dinner, later!2

@cmhubbard92 I am so off track due to vacations and work and scale issues. I’ve missed a couple weigh ins and now want to start fresh for March. What do I do just weigh in March 2 for my Monday weigh day? Hope you are recovering- prioritize sleep!!0

If you dont submit a weight this week, you will be removed from the challenge because it would be your second missed week... otherwise you would have to register for the April challenge, as it would be too late for the March challenge!

I’m reframing this month from failure to a diet break/maintenance month, even though that was not my intention! Working back to my sweet spot of my IF schedule the next few days then hoping to get into the 100s ASAP in March!!
