3-day fast is successfully completed for the month. This morning's weight 160.8 pounds.
My weight going into the fast after Saturday's meal and Sunday's splurge day was 165.7 pounds so total pounds lost during this 3-day fast was 4.9 pounds.
My plan to get back to eating today is to divide my meal up throughout the day so I don't tax my system and cause any digestive issues. When I start to get hungry, I will sip on some chicken bone broth, probably around noon, I will have some roasted turkey wing and cabbage, and I will have my large salad for dinner when I get home from work. Friday will resume my basic OMAD lifestyle until next month's 3-day fast.1 -

Thanks ladies, I am really at the point where OMAD is truly my lifestyle now. Even when I hit maintenance, I will still do exclusively OMAD and only have splurges before my 3-day fasts. Other plans caused me to regain, so OMAD it is for me.

To clarify: when you do a three-day fast, do you stop fasting at the end of the third day, or the start of the fourth? I’m curious!0 -
I don't eat until the fourth day. I finished eating/started my fast Sunday at around 9:15 pm and I broke my fast with bone broth this morning at 9:10. I don't eat anything the first Mon-Wed of each month. My fast ends up usually being 80+ hours.2

Saturday’s meal reintroduced carbs after my fast so I had a jump up in weight due to glycogen stores being refilled. I am still looking to have a loss this week though.1
