In the office today, so not a huge amount of stuff on the to-do list today. Already done weights, 5000 steps and put the chicken in the slow cooker. Left the OH to sort out the laundry.

In a better frame of mind today ... seem to be out of my funk, thank goodness. Woke up this morning at 4:30 so I'm sure I'll need a nap later today. Feel alert and energized right now so think I'll do my stretches and walking before I eat breakfast. It would be nice to get them out of the way.
Have a great day Y'all!!
Sounds like a great plan!...I need to make a list and then stick to it lol1 -

Had a day off from To Do lists today. Did a short walk this afternoon and have pottered around a bit inbetween work emails, so should probably have around 5-6000 steps still and will probably do a little yoga before bed.1 -

I'm not going to get the two patterns cut out. The pilates was more difficult than I thought, even if it didn't drive that heart rate up!
I know I have more steps than what is recorded because I had to charge my device. Still, I'm over my calorie limit right now by about 20 calories and under the protein limit by 12, so since its way too cold to walk outside, I think I'm going to hit the elliptical again. I shouldn't have tasted that darn pie - and all I had was a half piece, too!

Sunday's work:
Do the dishes you didn't do yesterday cause you had a migraine.
Make garlic rolls.
Do three loads of laundry, fold and hang.
Change the sheets on the beds.
Put the card file of work and upcoming meals in order for the week ahead.
Tell people to clean up their personal sitting areas because I am cleaning the downstairs tomorrow.
Make coney dogs with chips and pickles for lunch
Make grilled pork chops with parsley baby potatoes or rice, broccoli, and rolls for dinner.
Get ready for the week's work; set up clothing and put the week's meat in the small freezer.2 -

I'll make the rolls on Wednesday on my usual baking day, and do the sheets on Tuesday when I clean the upstairs. I'm just a lot tireder than usual lately. I think it's the stress of the pandemic.1 -

TO DO
elliptical session - done
aerobic session - done
laundry
change oil & filters in riding mower
mow grass
weed-whack & trim
clean exercise mats
the aerobic session was brutal; I've done this one before, but I really had to push to get through it, and there near the end, my body was begging to slow down before the timer was up, but I made it through. Now that I'm done with it, I do feel better. Afterwards, I had brunch or second breakfast if you want to call it that Made the Heuvos Rancheros recipe that was on the blog page a while back, except instead of black beans, I used garbanzo beans. I've got it figured for a single serving, and I added a steak-ums to it for extra protein. I enjoyed it and the extra fiber boost from the beans! Would probably taste really good with sausage or bacon, too2 -
Congrats for sticking with the aerobic session till the end!0

Everything but the mats, but I was tired by the time evening rolled around and just didn't feel up to it. I mowed both mine and my neighbor's yards, and while I hit the majority of it with a riding mower, the neighbor's yard is on a hillside and the back and one side can't be mowed with a riding mower. Its so steep that you can't walk a mower side ways on it, either. I've found the best way to get it all is to force the mower up as far as I can get push it from the bottom of the hill, and then go up top and push the mower down the hill for the rest. That takes a LOT of muscle power! My mower's deck is shot and I can't raise the thing up and trying to force it up that steep bank was a workout and a half. Then I worked my legs as well as my arms when I went up top and pushed it down and pulled it back up to finish the bank off. It's a workout, let me tell ya!
But it looks really good right now too bad it won't last2 -

Not as productive as I'd hoped yesterday, hair clippers arrived for other half so I spent my free time in the evening de-fluffing his head then cleaning up the mess.

Sounds really scary. I'm such a klutz I wouldn't dare try to do this. WTG!!1 -
The upstairs is dusted, both bathrooms cleaned and floors steamed. I just have to change the sheets on Girlfriend's bed and remake it (she has a ruptured disk at L1 so we negotiated that I do some of the cleaning she would otherwise do) and run the vacuum cleaner in all the rooms upstairs. And then I'm done for the day except for washing her sheets and making my bed up with clean sheets and new covers on the weighted blankets, and making Hunan chicken and broccoli and rice for dinner, and cleaning that up tonight.1

Sowwy! It's totally getting done today, so will be stricken from the list tomorrow and will vanish (both in words and substance likely)
The whole world seems to be baking banana loaf, my facebook feed is full of it lol
It's my daughters favourite thing, I've been making it for years.
With mine I swap half the sugar for golden syrup, it gives a lovely sticky top to it.
Also I've just tried adding coffee to one and cinnamon to another, both were lovely.1
