    Goals/Day/Comments: Today was my rest day from the gym. I haf an active rest day with a 3 mile jog. Tracked all of my food and met my step goal. Feeling leaner today after my run.

    Goals/Day/Comments: Today was a good day. I tracked my food and met my step goal. I am really enjoying this challenge of tracking my food. It has helped with my portion control and drinking.
