    Boot camp on the beach this morning. I'm 40 years older than most of the class but what the heck. I modify and do what I can. When I got back I discovered a load of firewood in the front yard so stacked that. Then I dug out some more wild blackberry. And a couple miles walked. I should sleep well tonight. Tomorrow is cleaning day ... I'm exhausted just thinking about it. 19/50

    Finished commuting to work and the bike computer had the message, "You are now 5% acclimated to the heat." 5%??? I'm going to die this summer. :smile:
