    Day 2 of getting myself back on track. I managed to get myself out of bed again to go to the gym. There were more people today than yesterday but not at all crowded. I pushed myself as much as I could but stayed reasonable as to not cause too much muscle damage. I’m beginning to feel the soreness which is unavoidable after having stopped completely for almost 3 months. I know I kept on with my runs but that’s got nothing on weight training. I’ve logged all my food and drank all my water and i am feeling very proud of my 2 WIN days. I hope I can keep this up and lose a good amount of weight before my surgery in September. 🤞🏻

    June goals:

    •Log all food. The good the bad and the ugly!
    •Stay on or under my allowed calorie goal.
    •Do at least 30 minute workout each day.
    •Drink at least 2L water each day.
    •Reach at least 10,000 steps each day.

    Exercise: 25 minute walk and several 5 minute walks
    Water:✅

    Steps 6/9 13,274

    I did a 30 minute walk this morning. I am going to do the 5 minute walks again today. I think I will be able to go out on Friday. I haven’t used my puffer since yesterday morning and I didn’t wake up with a sore throat. It is not going to be hot on Friday so hopefully I can get a decent walk. I am going to clean and organize cupboards today.

    Today’s goals
    1. Walk 30 minutes and 5 minutes every hour until hubby gets home
    2. stay within calorie goal
    3. Drink 8 cups of water
    4. Bed by 10 pm
    5. Organize cupboards

    Holy Moses I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus today. 3rd day back to strength training and I’m feeling it. As I foresaw, the scale is a little up today due to muscle repair. I hope it gets better before my weigh in on Saturday.

    I’m feeling like my life is back how it should be before the confinement started. I’m a creature of habit and if things are not going as I’m used to, I feel like the rest of my life is also not right.

    Anyways hope you are all doing well. I’ve missed seeing some of your posts. It’s been a few days since some of our regulars ha e posted and I’m wondering if you are all having trouble with your MFP community pages. I know I’ve had a hard time coming in here these past few days.

    June goals:

    Yea I’ve had trouble for almost 3 days now. I think many of our teammates may also be having trouble coming in as they’ve haven’t posted in a few days.

    I agree with you on being a creature of habit. This lockdown has messed with me too. I need a routine.

    Today I am going to up my walk to 35 minutes. I hope when I get out tomorrow I can get back to the longer walks. I like walking for 5 minutes on the hour because the last few days I have got the 8 out of 8 hours active on my Fitbit. I am terrible for getting into a good book and not moving. New goal to work on.
