    Haven't been motivated to exercise and the water has been to cold for swimming, also there was a shark sighting, so.... Signed up for an exercise program online. Hopefully it will motivate me.

    Journal ~ I had another terrible “food” day today thanks to hubby and his never ending homemade pizza. But I think Im finally done giving him a hard time...He’s agreed to stop making homemade pizza ...I got him to say “I solemnly swear..” even if i got an eye roll out of it I needed him to say it aloud! Lol... and to make up for my two day binge, I plan to fast all day tomorrow. I hope to be very centered, focused and present here in our group and also hope to stick firmly to plan!

    I like that! I was trying to juggle my coffee, yogurt and fruit bowl... I should have known better, but I do it every day! I'm glad I still have more travel pyrex(I stupidly threw out the lid!!!), and it wasn't the last of ALL of my fruit!

    Nothing new or fun happening here. We should have been having our family reunion in Washington state this week but it was cancelled because of COVID. But my husband still has next week off and we're trying to decide what we want to do, if anything. I'm still a little worried about staying in a hotel so we might just stay home.

    6.08 mile run this morning. Started at about 75 degrees and was almost 85 by the time I was done. It wasn't bad, it was pretty breezy! It took me longer but I don't mind that at all!

    Wow you have really increased your running mileage quickly! You are doing so great.
