    @daloverlyme Are you restricting your calories too much? What is your restriction goal (i.e 2lbs a week- .5lbs a week)?

    @mram3582 I know! Let's hope I can stick with it!! I'm doing a lot more strength training which I didn't before (usually just cardio), so I'm hoping I'm where I'm at (where the scale is not budging) because I'm gaining glorious muscle... LOL we'll see!

    Hope everyone had a great weekend. I got to see my mom & family in Virginia. I hadn't seen them in 4 months due to Covid. Needless to say my diet wasn't on my mind. I didn't even try to track my food for the first time since January. But I did stick to my fasting windows so I didn't do too bad this week.

    Well it's back on track today. I meal prepped for the week last night. And I'm back at it. Let's have a great week.
