    Yikes. I've been doing lots of yard work, and in theroy am under my calories on Fitbit. But not my calorie goal in MFP. Wonder if partially bad eating bloat as well as inflammation weight from lots of outdoor exercise. 5- 7+ hours a day.

    Hoping this is a weird off balance and will correct soon. Back on track is my goal

    Got bad news at work and it threw my eating off today. :/ I've had a hard time getting back on track since covid, now the summer heat is killing me. I struggle when it's so hot to be active.

    Now that the app is working. I'm forcing myself to post so I'm accountable to my results.

    I'm going to make smaller goals. Tomorrow, under calories is my goal. As well as daily walks again to help my digestion.

    @fiftyonefour Sorry to hear about the bad news. I can imagine everything being tough to get back into after covid. Just hang in there, it will all come around! And I hear you about the heat. I'm in Las Vegas (but from California), so it's rough out there! Thank goodness for the AC!

    I'm back from my vacation! Just in time, since they just closed the beach and island I was on because of the tropical storm/hurricane that is going to skirt the shoreline. It was so hot and so much fun! I am absolutely exhausted in a good way.
