I'm really looking forward to this October challenge. Before I joined mfp, I didn't count calories, nor did a food diary. I realize I don't like doing either one.
. I've lost over 100 lbs simply by eating in moderation ( with occasionally slips), and trying to eat as healthy as I can, along with exercise and walking as much as I can. It's getting to know others and the support, motivation and challenges of the people and groups on mfp that I need to help me finish this journey to my goal weight and beyond. Thank you all for allowing me to be a part of this great group of people the Gutbusters. 😃
