You Will get back on track. Snacking has been my issue too. It’s so great the inches you lost. Sometimes that’s much more telling than the number on the scale. Keep it up! 😀0 -

I’ve never done keto, but I have done a lower carb diet. My sister is living with us temporarily and is diabetic. So my husband and I have decided to to go back to a low carb diet (for us it’s under 100gms per day). And we all went for a nice 2 mile walk today. Getting there. Slow changes.1

I didn’t do anything today. I hope to get back on track tomorrow when I head home. I did meet my third new cousin in a week - this time, it was at a local museum I visited with an out-of-town friend. I love history and meeting new relatives. It fascinates me.0 -
