Hi everyone ☺ I have had a busy few days filled with extra errands and a covid vaccine for my husband. Luckily my husband is just tired and not dealing with days of fever like I did. Phew! It's conference week at work and today is my last day before spring break. I have had a few conferences that have weighed heavy on my heart. 💔 Who takes their kid to day care 7 days a week while they are just at home most of the week??? Come on people! We are having a few vaccinated family members over for Easter and my kids are getting so excited! I also arranged a special visit to my friends daughter's house for my kids to meet baby goats 🐐 💕! Something to look forward to for sure.4

Couldn't get to the boards thos morning to make my daily post, but yesterday was good and I read before bed. This morning I did 30 minutes of aerobics. Think I will do 15 min of yoga after work and dinner...

In happier news, a CD I pre-ordered showed up and its amazing.
The album is called Starship Velociraptor and so far my favorite song on it is about fighting the sun with an Army of Tigers so that really tells you everything you need to know about how amazing this is. I really needed this in my life today.3 -
I haven’t had the app adjust my daily calorie allowance since I started losing weight. I had it adjust them today and I lose 80 calories per day. That’s going to hurt!5

Hey everyone, I hope you all be fine and everything goes well with your weight loss journey. I am back here again, while it felt good that I took a break and didn't think about diet for a while, unfortunately and naturally I gained weight. But now I feel refreshed and at least I'm motivated again to log my food.

My NSV today. An old belt I have- I can do it up 2 holes smaller than when I last tried it on a few weeks ago (I was on the last hole so I had given up on it).6 -

Greetings friends!
Well it's now the start of our Easter weekend in the UK. The Bank Holiday on Friday (Good Friday) and Easter Monday produces a convenient long weekend. Such a shame that the weather is set to get a bit chillier.
Today was good - yoga and circuits done this morning and everything has been logged.
I need to think up a fun mini project for this weekend to make Easter memorable.3 -

Great NSV! I am partial to belt-oriented NSVs for some reason - they were what kept me going as I lost weight. It was odd because I hated belts completely and passionately when I was at my heaviest, but they became a symbol and a delight once I lost weight. I enjoy my belt collection no end now.
I had a good day workout and food-wise - I backed off of the sweet stuff and cranked up the exercise a bit, so that felt good. The house sale went well this morning with 100% electronic documents, signatures, etc. The notary had the routine down and was able to make it really smooth. The young couple buying my daughter's house are adorable, and I think they will enjoy the place no end. I was glad to meet them since my horse will be staying there. It is good to have a reason to stay connected to the place without being responsible for it.
Is it time for Friday heads up reminders already?? How does that happen

@jugar interesting you say that about the belt.. I don't wear belts at my current weight and there might be something to that... perhaps I will have to think about getting one and enjoying the notches going down.
Went out to eat at a restaurant for the first time in a long while. It's always a bit stressful trying to guess what the calorie content of a meal at an independent place is... I logged as best I could and am certain it's fine but losing that element of control is hard.. I know I need to figure that out to make this work when "life" happens but I'm just noticing the discomfort for now.

I took a break these past two weeks because I was feeling hungrier than usual. I ate at a little over maintenance two days in a row and it really helped me get rid of the hunger pangs. Thinking of including these cheat day on a more regular basis but we'll see. I am about a month away from seeing double digits instead of triples on the scale (99 kgs, baby!) and I am really excited about that.5 -
I biked today 11km in 70 minutes, but I don't have fitbit and my mobile google fit does not work properly, so where can I find the guideline of exercise to step conversion for the step challenge?1

This is my largest weekly drop over the last three months. The only thing that changed was that I bought a 46 ounce Yeti water bottle that I carry everywhere. I’ve never been a good water drinker so it’s interesting to see that staying hydrated seemed to help this week.3 -

belts & jeans...two of the most satisfying things to fit ...when I'd first started F2F, it was with the goal to fit into an old favorite pair of jeans that 10 years earlier I'd been able to wear for about a year.
Good to have a clothing goal and not just a scale # to shoot for.
I've not been logging this week but trying to be mindful. I weighed every single thing and logged obsessively for months and months last year and it worked but trying now to see if I can try to stick to portions/items that I know work...without weighing and logging....like it's normal life and habits now.5 -

Getting second Moderna vaccine today. I hope I have few side effects.5 -
I have had a rough week. My allergies have been horrible. Between my allergies and my kids, my sleep has been bad. One of our Kinder EAs is leaving. We had pizza for lunch on Wed then went out for drinks and appetizers last night. While I love the normalcy of getting drinks, my calories have different high.
I am changing it around today. I worked out, logged my food, and I will take Mabel for a walk later.🙌6 -

Gotta love those free (or at least freer) days - they really help when you have been losing a lot for a while and need just a tap on the brakes from time to time to keep from feeling like you could eat an entire moose after you hit it during that skid... Good move!

I was worried about my weigh-in this morning, but got a pleasant surprise! I felt like I had put on a pound, but I lost almost a pound. Even though I knew I'd still be in my maintenance range, it can go up fast if I get lazy about logging and start indulging in too many treats. In any case, saved by the hill! We're still tramping up our long steep driveway until the snow goes away and the mud subsides, so that walk is guaranteed any time I want to go anywhere. That always helps6 -

Here we are all ready to wrap up the first week of this 5 week month. It has been a great green week - do not get too comfy or decide to reap the "rewards" !! Let's keep it going. The most important prize we give is the one for consistency. Even if there are free days, occasional blips, or whatever - it is possible to hope right back on and feel great again.

Good Morning! Yesterday, I got in my workout and did a short walk. My 5 year old wanted to come with me and he wouldn't have been able to do 3 miles. Fitbit friends- have you ever had your stepper not work??? I know the stroller when give you less steps, but I got 123 for half a mile!!! 🤷♀️
My eating wasn't great. I came under calories but too many carbs, not enough protein. The scale is down, so maybe my body needed the extra carbs? I prelogged today and tomorrow so I am all set. I won't have time to meal prep tomorrow so I am going to get a rotisserie chicken and stick with salads.
