 I had plans to start in on weightlifting this week but I always forget this time of month is the worst time to be pushing my body and my body has been trying to warn me!! So I’ve Been taking it very easy and pacing myself, doing extra stretches in between any walks. Also I’m taking a lot of warm baths which have really been helping alleviate some of the pressure I’ve been feeling on my lower back and abdomen.
 Looks like allot of our stimulus is going to my next water bill!!😱👀🛁🛁2

 It is so frustrating that Fitbit steps aren't syncing until the next day. I went to bed, I don't know, 500 cals in the red, but woke up to 200 in the green! I knew it was going to be that way, so I wasn't sweatin' it. However, I purposely didn't close out my diary, because then, on my news feed, it looks like I had a binge day! Since I am not making exercise posts, I like to have the "completed diary and under" post....it lets my friends know I am still here and still working the program!4

            whew, finally feeling back to 100% post-vaccination, and only ten days left til life comes back!
 I did a nice evening walk yesterday and got 7167 steps for the day, so I will most likely make up for the deficit on Tuesday.
 All of you all talking about TOM makes me SO HAPPY to be done with that forever! However, the decrease in metabolism and muscle mass now is no joke.
 GREAT WORK so far this week, everyone - let's finish strong and WIN THIS THING!4

 I am really struggling right now. I hate that I could do good for a month or so straight and then fall off and have a hard time getting back on. It seems to be the pattern. I’m doing everything I can to break that cycle today!2

 That is TOTALLY my pattern - I last three months and then quit for (at least) three. over and over again. Let's use this challenge and daily check-ins to bust through it this time, together!!!

 I just saw this post and thought of you. 
 Is there anything I can do? I tried to look at your food diary but you don’t have your settings open to view by others. One of my best friends is struggling and I keep telling her to log even if she’s not making good choices, if your logging, you are more then half way there! It makes you less hidden in the junk food mess and slows down the binges. Then you can scrutinize what you need to do next.2

 I'm happy after the holiday and my pizza, placek and spiced jelly bean splurge. It was good though!! 😂. Time to refocus as I am going to Seattle at the EOM. My son is buying his first home and we're going to help him get settled. And we're going to meet his new girlfriend!
