I realized today that my weight has crossed into the normal weight range. I am assuming that this is when people leave the challenge. My plan is to continue until I get to 135, then stop doing the weekly weigh-ins. That will hopefully be by the end of this month.

I am sad because I have grown really attached to everyone and look forward to your successes. Is it o.k. to check back from time to time and see how everyone is progressing? I will be sure to do a before and after when I get to the weight I want to be.

Same here! I am 3-5 lbs away from being in the “normal weight” range. I am actually worried about how to handle MFP when the time comes. I’m pretty sure if I stop logging and stop checking in, I am going to start gaining. It’s always been my way... I might just need to continue on here but not weigh in and I will change my goals to muscle building. I know that even when I get to my ultimate goal of 130-135, I still want to be physically fit and work on repairing the damage all that fat did to my body, so I’ll never stop setting goals to improve my health. There’s allot of maintenance groups to add to this one as well. TBBT might have to pry off my cold dead fingers in order to get rid of me! Lol

I am also afraid to stop tracking...

At my Mom's house; will need to find a way to eat healthy and squeeze in some exercise this week. It will be a big change for her to move up to Virginia, as she's lived here so many years and has lots of great friends. We're excited to have her move up though.

Aunt flo made her arrival well known today. I decided to just call it a complete rest goal, and give up my step streak. I just didn't have the energy to do anything terribly productive, and I knew I wouldn't even get close to my steps... I know the first day is the worst, so I will be well prepared and ready to go tomorrow.

I did end up making lasagna today. One with zucchini, and one regular (for hubby, who hates squash). It was delicious and I will definitely make it again! I made enough so I will have a few prepped dinners this week. We also went grocery shopping, and I grabbed a few good things that will make lunches/dinners easy this week. I'm planning on doing meal prep tomorrow so that most of my breakfast/lunches are ready to go this week.

I'm heading to bed shortly, as I'm pretty drained from not doing much 🤣

I hope you are having a good weekend, team! I will try to catch up with all of the posts tomorrow, I haven't caught myself up yet.

Weigh In Week: April Week 2
    Weigh In Day: Friday
    Previous Week's Weight: 172
    Today's Weight: 174

So as expected, drinking everyday with my sister staying with us is taking its toll on me. I'm still exercising but my eating is awful and I'm not getting enough water. Going to try better next week.

@thedestar we all have days where we could eat better or drink more water. Don't let those thoughts take away from enjoying this time with your sister. These days we don't get to do that enough.

**We are about to lose our 3 family member since January to Covid pneumonia. We lost my husbands twin sister in a motorcycle wreck in November, now his other sister's husband will not make it through the day. This will be our 5th family death since September. Very hard to stay positive and on track. Please say a small prayer for our family <3

I am lifting prayers for you and your family. What a nightmare to live through. You are a brave and loving soul.

Today is a rest day. I got my second shot 💉 yesterday so am taking it easy. So far just a sore arm (knock on wood) but I don't want to put any stress on my body and distract it from the important work at hand. 😊😷

So I threw my back out doing yard work this weekend. Classic.
Spent the past 2 months or so dealing with my mental hurdles causing lack of motivation. Then I finally get excited about working out and eating better and this happens.
Determined to eat right this week but obviously i’ll be out of the daily challenge again until I feel better

@erikNJ The universe seems to do this a lot....as soon as we get on a roll, it puts up a roadblock to test our resolve and see how serious we truly are about meeting our goals. As one who has let the universe win my battle (but not the war!), I am happy to hear that you intend on eating right while you rehab your back. Weight loss might be slower or temporarily stalled, but you at least won't be gaining. Before you know it, you will be back in the gym and slaying your workouts! Erik - 1, Universe - zero!!
