Guys this past week has been one of (emotional) struggle for me, I'm not quite sure why. I think I may have a bit of re-entry anxiety. My first trip 'out' in the world Monday I went to Home Depot, walked around about 5 minutes, almost had a panic attack and had to leave. I haven't slept well, and my tummy has been a mess.
So for next week, I think I will get back to basics and do MUAC, not just counting steps. And I'll try to be a better teammate as well, because I've been so wrapped up with my own struggles I haven't reached out as I should.
You all are the best, and just knowing you are here makes my world a better place!5 -

Did you log already in there this week? If so, I will go back through the posts and fix yours. I have no idea what happened. I truly am not that stupid with Google sheets normally.
