            HI please could you update my starting weight . i was just looking at the spread sheet and didn't realise it was the highest start weight that you wanted . it was 157lb. sorry to be a pain .2

 140 was my goal, but I reduced to 135. I am ok that I am steady and maintaining. Let my body get use to hanging here with a few more added calories.3
