Today I did my 1000 jumps with my cordless jumprope plus so far today I have 26,000 steps. My goal is 10,000 steps. I also completed my diary and stayed on point with it. Good losses to everyone this month!!7 -
Is PW past week weigh in? I keep seeing it but I'm used to the start weight and current weight so I want to properly post my weigh ins on saturday.1

Thanks...will be doing it again 6 days a week .... Will not be swimming until my daughter is done with homeschooling which will happen on 6/10 then she will be a junior in August...Where does time go?? LOL1 -

Hi Amy welcome to our awesome team ... Are you wanting to be added to our step challenge? All you need to do is tell me your goal which you already did in your post lol and post your steps daily or weekly1 -

I was able to walk 3 miles this morning and then a REALLY short 1.5 mile walk this evening (my plan was to walk for at least 3 miles, but I really had to pee 🤭). Even though we have family here, I ate mostly on my plan - except for several extra beers (they were light beers, can I count that as water?).
Thanks again Downsizers for sharing your tips and suggestions. It has made the first two days pretty successful.2 -

Hi and thank you! I am new to these boards and challenges so I am hoping I am doing this right. I would love to join the step challenge. My goal is 10,000 every day.
Awesome glad to have you join our step challenge .. I will add you right away with your step goal at 10,000....Post them daily or if it is easier weekly but please try to get them in by Sunday Night (I am a lenient co-captain so I give everyone an extra day to post their steps ...and if you don't then I send a very nice friendly reminder that I need your steps by Monday Evening )1 -
For Our New Members... I have a conversion chart to convert things like swimming, stationary bike, gardening etc that counts toward your step goal.... it is not just for walking , jogging etc0
