Just now joined this group. Love the pictures and meal ideas! I seem to be doing everything right but I'm still not losing weight. I think it's a carb thing so this page and all the wonderful pictures is giving me new hope and inspiration! Thanks everyone!!

Are you tracking calories? Are you weighing your food with the food scale?

If you aren't losing weight, its calories... Not carbs.

Home made Sour Cream Dip. I usually wing it, but I think it was 2tbl Sp of Sour Cream, 1tbl Sp of Mayonnaise, half a tea spoon of onion powder and a pinch of salt.

Normally I would make a Blue Cheese dip to go with the wings, but that day I couldn't be bothered to get the mini processor out of the cupboard.

Blue Cheese Dip. Chunk of Blue Cheese (depending on how cheesy you want it) . 3tbl sp of Mayonnaise, 3tbl sp of Greek Yoghurt. 1 small shallot very finely chopped. Wiz in a food processor. if you don't have a processor, you can mash the cheese up with a fork in a bowl. Then add the other ingredients. If its too thick, let it down with a little red wine vinegar.

Baked Red Peppers stuffed with ground beef/ tomato. I fry 500g ground beef with garlic & a small chopped shallot, add a can of chopped tomatoes and leave to simmer until some of the liquid has evaporated. This makes enough for a few meals, so I freeze what doesn’t make it into the peppers. Stuff the peppers with the beef, top with a bit of mozzarella and torn basil and bake for 35/40 minutes in a medium hot oven.

From a couple of nights ago - the top pic is mahi mahi chunks (the fish taco size) breaded in pork rinds and 'fried' in the Air Fryer. It was freaking awesome!

The second is garlic shrimp on the Natural Heaven hearts of palm 'pasta'. Also very good!

I didn't take a pic, but tonight was a big plate of green beans and mushrooms sauteed with a little butter and garlic and joined by a baked, bone in chicken breast. Breakfast was a local diner's "protein plate": 4 scrambled eggs and choice of two meats... I went with bacon and canadian bacon.

Spinach and artichoke stuffed omelet. I love these things. And at 4g of carbs, they are amazing.

My double wide BBQ Elk buger.

Its 647 Schmidt bread (40 calories per slice), with 12g carb, 6g fiber each slice.

Elk, ghughes bbq sauce, gouda cheese, fried egg, tomatoes and avocado.

This would be a "higher carb" day but my workouts have been brutal, so burning through that glycogen and maintaining ketosis will be easy.
