    Well y'all this is why I changed my weigh in day....

    Yep I gotta change my highest #s of the week and not my lowest. I am in a weird cycle gotta bust outta this fog anyone wanna yell at me a lil I am in need of some strong criticism 🤣🤣🤣

    I’ve lost a little more than 40 pounds and achieved my goal weight of 125 pounds. It’s time to solidify my positive nutrition and fitness habits so I can sustain the results long term. The ‘maintenance phase’ requires lifelong application of what I’ve learned through the MFP tracking. I’m going to continue reflecting, refining, and improving!

    Thanks for all your support and encouragement, especially during my final ‘push’ in reaching my weight loss goal. Now, I’m focusing on body recomposition and maintenance.
