    Question for the group. I'm seeing a lot of ads for hormone diets, but I've read somewhere they really don't make difference. Anyone tried one? Results, thoughts? Thanks

    Calories - 1615 or so. Small meals today.
    Exercise - none. Did stuff around home today.

    I'm changing my step target to 7000. Realised today tracking them for the first time no way I'm going to get close to 10,000 working at a desk 8 hours and travelling for 2 hours. And I had more than usual tonight getting ready to go on a mini break tomorrow.
    Next couple of days will be hard having a mini holiday and there is bound to be some indulgence so not looking forward to weigh in on Sunday.

    That is a win to me. Just curious about the candy and keto. Is it because of sugar that you can’t eat candy? I find keto very intriguing. I know if I am in a funk exercising always boosts my mood.

    Changing your step goal to a more realistic goal is very smart. Enjoy your mini holiday.

    Slept most of yesterday. I am still not feeling the greatest today so no pool. I need to look at my zone minutes goal. If it is a perfect week and I am in the pool 6 days it is very attainable. Realistically, life happens. I am going to think of a new smart goal for next week.

    My Apple Watch has shipped so it should be here in the next couple of days. I was so excited when I opened the email this morning.

    No outside walk today ... Last night I felt like I had the flu ( I got my flu shot on the 14th of last month)... I just feel run down ...If I am up to it later on ..I might pop in a Leslie Sansone walking DVD
