Normally I allow myself a little leeway after weighing in, not yesterday. We'll see if it helps. Only 6 more days...😂4 -
I'll weigh in tomorrow. I am seriously inflammed from working in the yard yesterday. I kept thinking all day I can't believe how great I feel I'm not hurting at all....and then I went to bed. My hips felt like they were set on fire.
Hope you are doing better today. After a hard week in both GoT and Hogwarts my whole body hurts. And I STILL gained this week. Just goes to prove that you can't out exercise a bad diet. 😔3 -

It was not a great day. I slept horribly the night before, I sat on my butt all day, which explains the low step count and the low water consumption (for me). The only bright side is that I did not stuff my face with junk food, which is my usual MO. Partly because I did not have any junk food in the house (thank you, hubby ) and partly because I feel like I am in some sort of "zone" right now. Some days it feels like the "twilight zone", but as long as I am eating in a deficit, I will be in whatever zone is available!

Last time I actually stepped on a scale: 184.0
This morning: 179.6
A bit too aggressive, but it was the first week, so I can expect that rate to slow.6 -
